Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?
We ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada and Australia.

How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is a flat $4.99. Orders over $50 ship free — automatically applied at checkout.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 7–12 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking link by email the moment your parcel ships.

Do you ship to PO boxes?
Yes, we ship to PO boxes within the US.

Orders & Payment

Which payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, plus PayPal. Checkout is fully encrypted.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes — contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll update or cancel it before it ships. Once dispatched, our standard return policy applies.

Will I be charged customs or import fees?
No additional duties apply for orders within the US, UK, Canada or Australia.

Returns & Warranty

What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return any item for a full refund, provided it's unused and in its original packaging. See our Refund Policy for full details.

What if my item arrives damaged?
Email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice, no return shipping required.

Is there a warranty?
Every AeroPet device carries a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects.

Products & Care

Are your products safe for cats and dogs?
Yes. All AeroPet products are designed for both cats and dogs, made from pet-safe, BPA-free materials.

How do I clean my fountain or feeder?
Most parts are removable and rinse clean under warm water. A gentle wash every 1–2 weeks keeps everything fresh. Full care instructions are included in the box.

Do the devices need an app or Wi-Fi?
Only the AeroFeeder 4K and AeroTrack GPS connect to an app. The AeroFlow fountain, AeroMist brush and AeroRoll ball work straight out of the box — no setup required.
